Michelle McDonald
Owner – Office Manager

As the owner of Creekside Hearing, my vision for the clinic is simple: to provide the highest standard of care and treatment for hearing health. I believe hearing care is healthcare, and every patient deserves thoughtful, evidence-based solutions delivered with compassion and respect.

As a wife and mother of three boys, I am always on the move and understand how vital clear communication is to staying connected with the people and moments that matter most. Finding balance between family and work is important to me, and that same balance guides how I lead my team and care for our patients.

I began my journey in hearing health care in 2007, returning to college after 11 years in office administration. I gained early industry experience working with a hearing aid manufacturer in 2008 and 2009, and after completing the Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) program at Conestoga College in 2010, I spent more than a decade working with a large international hearing care organization. My experience shaped my commitment to long-term patient relationships and exceptional service throughout every stage of hearing care.

When I’m not working, you can find me playing volleyball, going for walks, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Natalie Kanji

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Natalie is a Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 10 years of experience helping people reconnect with the sounds that make life richer. She holds a Joint Honours degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ottawa (2009) and completed her Hearing Instrument Specialist Advanced Diploma at George Brown College (2014). This background allows her to blend strong technical expertise with a deep appreciation for communication and human connection.

Natalie is passionate about patient-centered care and takes a holistic approach to hearing health, focusing on the whole person—not just the technology. She is committed to creating an experience that feels supportive, comfortable, and even a little fun, helping patients feel confident, understood, and truly heard.

Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys singing along to music, watching movies, hiking outdoors, and spending time with her family and her two children. A devoted animal lover, she believes that curiosity, compassion, and a sense of joy are just as essential in life as they are in exceptional hearing care
